Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, boiled in jackets, peeled and sliced
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta, cut in chunks
    1 small onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    ham (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hour.
    This recipe will serve 20 and also freezes well.
