Spicy Chicken Pizza(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) Boboli Italian bread shell
    12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. In a medium bowl, combine green onions, minced garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper and first tablespoon oil. Add chicken pieces; stir to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Drain, reserving marinade. Heat second tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. Add chicken pieces. Cook and stir until no longer pink. Stir cornstarch into reserved marinade. Add to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Spoon evenly atop the Boboli. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, in a 400\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
