Hamburger, Macaroni And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 large cans tomatoes with liquid
    1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 chopped onions
    3 chopped celery ribs and leaves
    3 large, grated carrots
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 1/2 cooked shell macaroni or rotini
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
