Yeast Butter Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 c. flour
2 or 3 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
butter
1/2 c. lard
2 eggs
Preparation

Put flour in large bowl.
Work to sides.
Mix 1/2 cup warm water with yeast; let rise.
Mix 1 cup warm milk and 3 teaspoons sugar.
Add 2 eggs if you like.
Melt lard and pour into flour. Add the yeast water, then milk and sugar.
Work all together.
Work until it doesn't stick to fingers.
Butter your bread pan, then make your rolls and let the dough rise for 1 hour in bowl, then 1/2 hour in pan.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0.
Leave in oven until done about 30 to 35 minutes.
Make sure oven is hot.
Bake, then butter the top.
