Goldenrod Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, hard-boiled
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
toast or biscuits
Preparation

Combine butter and flour in saucepan.
Add milk and cook until thick.
Chop egg whites and add to sauce.
Pour this over hot toast or biscuits.
Grate egg yolks and sprinkle on top of sauce.
