Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. uncooked ground meat
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper as desired
6 corn tortillas
1 (23 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
6 corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
grated Cheddar cheese to cover
Preparation

Mix uncooked ground meat with the chili powder, salt and pepper.
Place meat mixture in an oblong baking dish.
Layer all the other ingredients in the order listed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
