Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
5 c. potatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 can celery soup
1 small can milk (Pet)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Batter and fry pork chops until brown. Slice onion and pull apart. Slice potatoes and place layers of potatoes, onions, salt and pepper in casserole dish. Do not drain pork chops on paper towel. Place pork chops on top of potatoes. Pour celery soup and milk over pork chops. Cover and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
