Creamy Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. 4x confectioners sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick margarine (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 or 4 Tbsp. sweet milk (may need more)
dash of salt
Preparation

Sift sugar, cocoa and salt together in a bowl. Add flavoring and milk together in a measuring cup. In a separate bowl, using a mixer, beat margarine 1 minute. Add the dry mixture (sugar, cocoa and salt) and the milk and flavoring mixture alternately until you get a smooth texture. You may need to add more milk if it's too thick. Use this on a two layer yellow cake.
