Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Add other ingredients. Reserve 3 to 4 tablespoons of dressing for top.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
