Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 bag Mozzarella cheese (2 c.)
1 green pepper
1 onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown beef and drain grease; add salt and tomato paste.
Dice onion and pepper; add to taste.
Pour mix into pie crust.
Pour cheese onto top; place into preheated oven (350\u00b0) and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until cheese is brown.
Slice and serve.
