Zucchini Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 small zucchini or 1 large, grated (don't peel)
    4 to 6 eggs, beaten
    flour (enough to consistency of pancakes)
    1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add flour; mix well (batter will be thick).
    Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion and green pepper.
    Add zucchini; mix well. Let set for a while, stirring now and then.
    Heat 1/2 inch oil in frying pan.
    Spoon or pour batter into pan to size of small pancakes.
    Flatten out.
    Brown on both sides.
