Mint Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    4 eggs
    16 oz. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
    2 c. 10x sugar
    1 1/2 c. soft margarine
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. mint extract
    3 drops green food coloring
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Hershey's mint chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Beat first 5 ingredients until smooth. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Top will still appear wet.
    Cool.
