Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

several potatoes, peeled and sliced
flour
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 can condensed milk or 1 c. regular milk
meat of your choice
Preparation
-
Cover bottom of pan or casserole dish with water.
Add one layer of potatoes; sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper and/or other spices.
Continue this procedure to your level of satisfaction.
Pour in milk.
Place meats (such as pork chops or bacon or your choice) on top and cook in oven at approximately 400\u00b0.
Check on the hour.
