Popcorn Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popcorn
    1 lb. M&M's
    1 lb. cocktail peanuts
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 lb. bag large marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix popcorn, M&M's and peanuts in large bowl.
    Set aside. Melt margarine, oil and marshmallows in a saucepan.
    Pour over the popcorn, candy and nut mixture.
    Mix thoroughly and press firmly into a well-greased Bundt or tube pan.
    Let cool inverted.
