Microwave Scallop Melange For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. scallops
    2 stalks celery, 1/2-inch bias sliced
    1/2 medium green or red pepper, cut into 3/4-inch squares
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dried basil
    dash of pepper
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine scallops, celery pieces and pepper squares.
    Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power for 4 to 5 minutes or until the scallops are nearly done, stirring once. Drain in a colander and set aside.
