Grilled Mushrooms With Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. very large mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme and garlic in a large glass bowl.
    Add mushrooms; stir to coat in marinade.
    Cover and let stand 1 hour.
    Remove mushrooms.
    Cover and grill mushrooms 15 to 20 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times, until tender and golden brown.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
