Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. rolled oats
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
1 1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. and 2 Tbsp. butter
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. raisins, plumped
Preparation

Blend flour, baking soda, salt, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg (optional) for 2 minutes in mixer on low speed.
Add shortening, butter or margarine, eggs and vanilla. Mix for 1 minute on medium speed.
Add raisins (optional) and blend for 30 seconds on low speed.
Portion with level No. 40 scoop (1 3/5 tablespoons) onto sheet pan.
Bake until lightly browned:
