Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. black walnuts
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oatmeal and margarine.
    Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
    Stir in sugars and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to oatmeal mixture.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
