Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/3 c. powdered skim milk
    3 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 qt. warm water
    approximately 5 lb. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt, oil and milk.
    Beat well.
    Add and mix yeast and warm water.
    Add flour a little at a time.
    Let rise to double.
    Punch down.
    Make rolls and let rise again.
    To make rolls, pat dough out.
    Spread with butter or margarine.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon to taste, nuts and raisins.
    Roll up and cut.
    Let rise.
    These can be frosted or caramelized.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes approximately 24.
