Creamy Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen French-style green beans
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    Pepper to taste
    1/4 c. shredded processed American cheese
Preparation
    Place beans in a microwave-safe baking dish.
    Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender.
    Set aside.
    In a sauce pan, saute onions in butter for 1 minute.
    Stir in flour until smooth; cook and stir for 1 minute.
    Stir in yogurt.
    Add beans and pepper. Top with cheese; let stand until melted.
