Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cork screw macaroni
1 c. cocktail peanuts
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of red pepper (optional)
Preparation

Cook peas and carrots until tender; drain well.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and chill in cold water and drain again.
