Winter Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 red apples
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. grapes
1/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
mayonnaise
Preparation

Core but do not peel the apples.
Cut into coarse size pieces. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.
Mix the apples, celery and grapes together with enough mayonnaise to lightly coat. Add walnuts and serve on a lettuce leaf.
Serves 4.
