Maggie'S Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    2 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. green onion, chopped
    2 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. rotini noodles
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown the beef and sausage.
    Remove the meat from the pan, then add the celery, onions and green peppers and saute them in the drippings until the onion is transparent.
    Add meat and spaghetti sauce.
    Cook the rotini, drain and add to meat mixture. Spray casserole dishes or 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake 25 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven, covered.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted and brown.
    (This recipe may be halved.)
