Pork Chops With Apple Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork shoulder or loin chops (6 oz. each)
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. drained sauerkraut
    2 small apples, cored and diced
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 Tbsp.plus 1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 tsp. each: firmly packed brown sugar and prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    On rack in broiling pan, broil pork chops 6 inches from heat source, turning once, until rare, 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove from broiler and set aside.
