Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chuck, finely ground
4 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs (fine, dry)
1 1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. caraway seed
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. water
2 c. beef bouillon
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except flour, water and beef bouillon; mix well.
Use teaspoon to form balls and fry in oleo in heavy skillet until evenly brown.
Remove from pan.
