Pineapple Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained or 1 small can, undrained
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream
    margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla, pineapple
    and coconut.
    Pour into 2 pie crusts.
    Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly browned.
    Makes 2 pies.
