Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 lb. ground chuck (beef)
    1/2 lb. shrimp (optional)
    2 carrots, grated
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. canned mushrooms
    2 banana peppers, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cook rice with 4 cups water.
    Fry meat in large frying pan with carrots; add diced onion and peppers.
    Season as needed with your preference of seasonings.
    After meat is done and onions and peppers softened; add cooking oil, soy sauce, rice and mushrooms. Scramble eggs and add to mixture and fry.
