Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms; cook caps in butter about 4 to 5 minutes.
    Combine cheeses, mixing well.
    Stir in cooked, chopped stems and finely chopped onions.
    Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place on cookie sheet and broil until golden brown.
