Vegetable Quiche Cups To Go - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (10-oz) chopped spinach
    6 - 8 eggs
    3/4 cup shredded cheese
    1/4 cup diced red pepper
    1/4 cup diced onions
    3 drops hot-pepper sauce
Preparation
    Thaw and drain spinach.
    I saut vegetables before mixing them with beaten eggs.
    Add cheese and mix well.
