Easy Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 carrots, sliced
    4 to 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    water
    garlic powder to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop chicken into bite size pieces.
    Brown in oil in wok or nonstick skillet until done.
    Add diced carrots; stir.
    Add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Add brown sugar; stir well until sugar dissolves.
    Add some (approximately 1 cup) water and let cook 5 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch with a little water to make a thickening.
    Add to chicken mixture.
    Stir well; may need to add a little more water or pineapple juice to create the gravy mixture you desire.
    Serve over rice.
