Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    6 to 7 slices crisp crumbled bacon
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter a 10-inch pie plate and sprinkle in cheese and bacon. In a blender, place remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute. Pour over substance in pie plate and bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
