Crab Or Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles
    1/2 lb. fresh flaked crab or imitation or canned crab or shrimp
    1 c. or more diced celery
    1/2 medium red or green pepper
    4 or 5 fresh green onions, sliced thin
    2 oz. jar pimentos (optional)
    1 c. mayonnaise.
    Alpine and lemon herb
    1 c. or more frozen peas (optional)
Preparation
    Boil egg noodles 6 or 7 minutes.
    Drain and rinse with cold water.
    Add crab, celery and pepper.
    Season with Alpine and lemon herb.
