Sour Cream Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    6 tsp. to 1/2 c. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    6 beaten egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter (or less)
    1 c. sour cream or imitation sour cream
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Add hot mixture, a little at a time, to 6 beaten egg yolks.
    Cook about 2 minutes until thickened.
    Combine lemon rind, lemon juice and butter.
    Add to mixture and let cool.
