Geneva Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut into pieces
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan place water and butter.
    Heat until butter is melted.
    Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat.
    Add flour all at once.
    Beat until mixture forms a ball.
    Return saucepan to heat.
    Beat 1 minute longer. Cool slightly.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating vigorously after each addition.
    Blend in cheeses, salt and pepper.
    In 2 lightly greased 9-inch pans arrange dough 1 tablespoon at a time, sides touching.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
