Pineapple Shaker Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-fat milk
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (6 serving size)
    1 1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple with juice
    1 container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour milk into a leakproof 1 1/2-quart container.
    Add pudding mix and crushed pineapple.
    Cover tightly; shake vigorously for at least 45 seconds.
    Pour at once into dessert dishes.
    Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat in 5 minutes.
    Top with Cool Whip topping.
    Makes 6 servings or 3 cups.
