Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. finely chopped green onions (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins. Cool, peel and shred coarsely. Combine cheese, melted butter, sour cream and seasonings.
    Fold in potatoes.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
