Pumpkin Loaf Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs and oil in a bowl.
    Beat well; add dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Spread in a well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch). Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    It is done when it springs back when touched lightly.
    Cool 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
