Casserole Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium Russet potatoes, peeled
    salt to taste
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. minced green onions
    8 slices bacon, crisp-fried and crumbled
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water to cover in saucepan until tender; drain.
    Shake over low heat until dry.
    Blend cream cheese and sour cream in mixer bowl.
    Add hot potatoes, 1 at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition.
    Add green onions, salt and pepper.
