Prune Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. cooked prunes, mashed or 1 jar baby food prunes
1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil slowly; add soda to milk and combine.
Add prunes and 1 cup flour.
Beat eggs in mixture.
Add rest of flour (1 cup), spices, salt, vanilla and nuts.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour.
