Ham Cheesecake Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    4 eggs
    3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 lb. finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Grease spring-form pan 9 x 3-inches.
    Coat sides and bottom with bread crumbs.
    Spread any remaining crumbs evenly on bottom of pan.
    Beat half and half, mustard, salt, red pepper, eggs and cream cheese in large bowl on medium speed until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in ham and Swiss cheese.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until set, about 1 hour.
    Cool and refrigerate no longer than 48 hours.
