Upside-Down Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix the butter with 3/4 cup sugar.
    Add the milk, 2 tablespoons cocoa and flour.
    Pour into an 8-inch square pan.
