Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small can taco sauce
    1 large pkg. Doritos
    1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and bell pepper.
    Mix with soups, tomatoes and taco sauce.
    In large casserole, put layer of Doritos, layer of meat mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat a second layer.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
