Sausage Pop Ins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hot or mild sausage
    12 slices white bread, crust removed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    12 slices bacon, cut in 1/2
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain and crumble.
    Mix in cream cheese until spreadable.
    Cut each slice of bread in 1/2 (24 rectangles). Spread sausage cheese mix on each rectangle.
    Roll bread up and wrap one piece of bacon around it.
    Secure with wooden toothpick. Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Make 24 snacks.
