Our Favorite Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef stew meat
    1 c. celery, sliced
    7 carrots, sliced
    3 onions, sliced
    3 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Bake in small covered roaster at 250\u00b0 or in crock-pot at medium for 5 or 6 hours.
    Very good.
