Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head shredded cabbage (about 6 c.)
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. light cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Melt margarine in large skillet.
Add shredded cabbage.
Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt and paprika and simmer until cabbage is just tender.
Combine cream and vinegar and add to cabbage and stir gently.
Serve hot.
