Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    1 stick butter
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter until soft.
    Add flour to mixture. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add egg yolks, salt and pepper.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Put crabmeat in a bowl and pour sauce over it.
    Blend well and place in a lightly greased casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until browned.
