Sweet-Sour Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. bulk pork sausage
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix together the sausage, eggs and bread crumbs.
    Using palms of hands, shape mixture into balls the size of small walnuts. Saute in frying pan until browned on all sides; drain.
    Combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce; pour over sausage balls and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve hot. Yields 150 appetizers.
