Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, uncooked
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, finely diced
    1/2 lb. ham, finely cubed
    5 whole eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    several dashes nutmeg
Preparation
    Fill shell a little more than half full with alternating layers of cheese and ham.
    Refrigerate.
    Beat together the eggs, cream and salt.
    Refrigerate separately.
