French Fried Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    4 medium summer squash, thinly sliced
    2 c. cornmeal
    oil
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk and salt to make batter.
    Dip squash in batter; roll in cornmeal.
    Fry in deep fat until done.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
