Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
sliced velveeta
1 can enchilada sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp flour
1 dz. corn tortillas
grated cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and onions together, salt and pepper to taste.
In saucepan put 1 tbsp oil with 1 tbsp flour mix together then add can of enchilada sauce mix and simmer on low heat.
Fry tortillas in oil until soft. Dip in sauce put in 9x13 pan. Put meat in cheese on tortilla and roll up. After all the tortillas are rolled up, pour remaining sauce on top.
Top with grated cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts. Serve with side dish of your choice.
